Art Conversations
Is art where good conversations begin? I have been reading, wondering and thinking lots about what the value of art is ... individually, culturally, educationally. In that frame, I would like to put forward the thought that art promotes conversations... about self-awareness, about a life worth living, about care of a Place of the Heart. Where art invites the viewer to pause, to notice and to ask: about why this matters? and why this matters to them? Some of the most enduring artworks are perhaps those that quietly open a conversation. One that continues long after we have walked away.
